Asheville is a city in North Carolina with rich architectural history of Art Deco, Beaux-Arts, and Neoclassical styles. The logo design was inspired by these styles, with an emphasis on Art Deco.

The locally-owned shops, art galleries, unique restaurants, and entertainment venues create a retro and edgy atmosphere which was the main inspiration for their re-branding.
